Sacraments
Mass response:
The Lord be with you. All: And with your Spirit.
Deacon (or Priest): A reading from the Holy Gospel according to... [Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John]
All: Glory to you, Lord!
As we say this, we bless ourselves three times by making a small cross on our foreheads, on our lips and on our heart. By doing this, we are acknowledging that Christ is with us in our thoughts, in the words we speak, and in our hearts.
After the Gospel Proclamation:
Deacon (or Priest): The Gospel of the Lord.
All: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ!
Bible Verse:
John 6:54-55 "Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed"

Our Father
