Genesis 6:5-8  Warning of the Flood.

5  * When the LORD saw how great the wickedness of human beings was on earth, and how every desire that their heart conceived was always nothing but evil, 6 the LORD regretted making human beings on the earth, and his heart was grieved.*  7 So the LORD said: I will wipe out from the earth the human beings I have created, and not only the human beings, but also the animals and the crawling things and the birds of the air, for I regret that I made them.* 8 But Noah found favor with the LORD.

9:8-16 God’s covenant with Noah and all creatures From Genesis Chapter 9:

Again, God said to Noah and his sons:   I am going to make a solemn promise to you and to everyone who will live after you.  I promise every living creature that the earth and those living on it will never again be destroyed by a flood.   The rainbow that I have put in the sky will be my sign to you and to every living creature on earth.

Stump your parents:

How many days did it take for God to create the world?

How many of each animal did Moses bring onto the ark?

What was the sign of the covenant that God made with Noah and all creatures?
