Main Points:

  • Christ died, rose from the dead, and is with us now.   We meet Jesus in the Sacraments.

  • Sacraments are given by Jesus to the church to give grace.  Sacraments are a sign of God's love for us.  There are 7 sacraments (Know names of all 7)   Baptism is sacrament of initiation - removes original sin

  • Sacrament of reconciliation AKA confession, penance, conversion.   We confess our sins and are forgiven by God.
